Easyriders Wednesday 15th January.
Brian backmarked my route to the Jolly Coopers at Hampton.  We crossed Walton Bridge, up Shepperton High Street, past the station, along Halliford Road, down towards Sunbury but turning up the Avenue to zig zag northwards to loop a little through the pleasant back streets of Hampton before descending on the pub from the north.  Fuzz was waiting and the service was good.  After lunch Les, Cliff, Norman and Brian headed for home.   This left the ladies, Liz, Linda, Helen, Judy and I, to enjoy a visit to view Liz's art work at a gallery at Hampton Court, followed by teas and coffees at Five on the Bridge.   Steph

C group Wednesday 18th June

A joint beginning, Bs and Cs together to cross the Watermeads by the path that continues from the mobile home park. A wonderful landscape at this time of year with knee high buttercups, clover and oxeye daisy, a little past its best now and being mown. Cs then followed the Penton Hook, through to Thorpe Green to join Albert for lunch. Unfortunately John C had a burst outer tyre which Ron/Dennis fixed with a spare section of outer carried by Dennis especially for this event. After lunch back along Lyne Road, Ruxley Road into Chertsey then to Weybridge and the towpath to the cricket ground at East Moseley for tea.
